Returns

You may return ready-made paintings within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom orders are non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Custom Orders

Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.
